Yeah, it's a repeatable quest :) Got my Tormented Recurve "for free" by doing it like 4 times

Normally , yes , this time no.
end bosses didnt spawn , so no end chests spawned

If Not, Nice Slaying There.

Well there was a bug that the bosses didn't spawn = no end chest
So when that missed they had no chest drop and they couldn't complete the quest :P
