Or.. no it looks more like a model that has been put into a game without having others putting the texture on it yet. Like a beta testing while developing a game.. omg.. HAXX private server!!
I did put in an extra fan about 6-9 months back. This has never happened before. I lowered some graphics settings with the in-game manager to boost the FPS a bit and stepped out of Rata Sum into Magus Stones and everything went screwy, it kept up even when I went back into town. I closed out GW and when I opened it back up and everything is back to normal.
Fortunately this PC is on its way out as far as gaming goes. I'm a few parts shy of having everything I need for my new build.
