Yeah, I've seen a couple of people with this maxed already on Guru - not hard really if you already had a stash, or you can afford to buy the items, which he clearly can and did.
I logged into GW earlier for about 10 minutes and was able to accumulate ~250 points from emptying my storage of festival items. Roll on this weekend! ;-)
