mind if i ask u a few questions? like do u NEED boardwalk 2 get 100% since i'm like 98.9 i think....and the only spot i can really see i need is boardwalk but i know it's not 1.1% left there, i'd guess maybe .1, .2 if i'm lucky.
@major hinata 1% is actually quite alot when trying to finish off the last bits, boardwalk will net you about .2% if you haven't scraped the monestary.
Also have you tried the Eredon Terrace bug? look on wiki for the grandmaster carto guide you will find it there, that can net you .4% if you haven't scraped the outpost.
If all else fails give textmod a go, will solve all your problems lol
