couldnt you do that if you started a char in cantha, then 'G'd to your guild hall, mapped to balth temple and talked to the luxon recruiter? just a thought.
Start a character in facttions, then before you go anywhere, log out. The the slot will say its open but you can't add any more until it says it full. Wait a hour and so and It will reappear in kryta background and I think maybe fort Aspenwood always? but I'm not sure
