To say that I was confused when I first saw this, is an understatement. ;-) I've been lead to believe that this is a bug my P.C. encounters with some of the new GW:EN gauntlets however, since after taking this screenie, I've seen at least 2 more people with no hands. :-|

Now with me this is weird, with male eles, not my male ele on max gfx or low gfx but other eles in outposts, their hands show up black... i know other ppls chars are at min gfx in town so it dosent lag you or something but its weird...
