They are discussing better techniques for shooting with a bow,
all henchman in eotn are doin something instead of standing in a line waiting till you come and pick em up
It looks like they are shooting at something, but it is in town. They also look like they are saying who can shoot the best.

for the NPCs wer no effect to players
but now i see it did =D awesomeness!
haha ya that was kinda the point of that. ya i like that anet added the henchmen doing more now, makes it much more realistic then them just standing there look like robots.
