well isnt it obvious what this screenie is about?... no?... its about free credit of course! lol
personally I don't see a purpose for these other than credit. I think ther should be a section that for the screen shots that are random but still GW screenshots and the only difference is you don't get credit for the ones that go there (and the people who approve submissions will put them ther if they see fit).
If that happened I have a feeling that screenies like these will show up alot less :)

Seriously though, although the picture is funny, it serves no real.... purpose let's just keep it at that.
But then again, browsing the list, i dont think many actually do mean something, so i reject my statement :P
