i think you can get a + to death magic/necromancer attribs from shrines too, so that buffs it up again.

thwere is a +1 for focus, and a +1 for staves. I think the maximum should be lvl32.
Necromancer of grenth blessing (+1)
Golden Egg (+1)
Lunar Fortune (+1)
Staff/Focus Triggers (+1)
So you would have 20 in death magic, and a standard 19, so maximum 11 minions, not 10. This should produce:
lvl 22 horrors/fiends/vampiric horrors/ect
lvl 32 golem
