When you do the quest to find the stolen presents you get Rudi to show you when your near one. You can't press the alt and it show you the present so you have to watch his nose and wait till it glows to tell when your in the general area.
In the 'Stolen reindeer' quest theres reference to the Grentch stealing them for the antlers for the new Grenth head gear, would be great if the ones this year looked like that
