I think that they used to be less common before the release of Ch2 at which point the probability of all vigor rune drops was approximately doubled (made sense, too), but yeah, while major vigors drop like candy several days can still go by without a single superior dropping, and then again some other days you get three within an hour while not even trying particularly hard. Such is life, neh?

i was farming the wardens outside of tanglewood courpse, theres like 4 groups out there.

all it is is a normal echo vengful build and it works fine, thers only like about 3 wars in each group so no big scater.
