Warcamp is one of the hard-to-get-to places, and most people don't like mesmers in their teams because they think they are inferior... (IMHO a mesmer in late game can erally turn the tide, as most mob teams have nasty casters among them...)
everyone can go, some are personaly invited (like myself x.x) it's really fun :D
