i thought that kanna but it's just what txen_viong said, it's the new char watching the first cutsceane that are up by the king, you can't get there after.
there's a rumor going out that you can still get to him AFTER the cuscene. i think you just need to get to the other side of the wall and try to get to that place. although i haven't been on pre seraing for loads of time, i never adventured myself to those places.
