Probably a small glitch in the way the lighting works at certain area's, considering that area isnt a place you would usually go to.(at least i dont think it is, isnt that where the charr are on the great northern wall mission?)
Other then that, if the character was lit up ever-so-slightly more, where you could see his face, that would be an awesome-looking evil character pic.
I think it's pretty awesome even as-is. :) I especially like the angle, and even if the lighting is strange, that makes it special, too. Very interesting picture.
