To find it go to K-City then go where the stroage people are then there be a walk area the goes down some stairs, the take a right and you'll come across a gate.

when i go there and push Z i do not get the dragons on the gate, i can't even turn my cam to get it behind the grates how did you do that?
Well I just made my character walk up to the gate as close as he could then I rotated the camare to see the front view then I pushed "z".
And I may or may not have any more secrets ya'll have to wait and see :D.
