If it is real it's a REALLY old pic because it does lack all the modern text (doesn't say how much life it gives, no gold text, no non-stacking) and proper icon.
So yeah, it's either from BETA/just after release or it's a fake. Considering that you didn't do a great job 'shopping' out the W/Mo's name on the target bar I would almost believe that faking this image is beyond your skill, no offense intended.
All things considered I'd actually vote for it being an old, but real, image.
Runes were colorized with the release of Sorrow's Furnace on September 7th. Prior to that all runes had their text written simply in white

Even with thst skin? I thought there always have been 3 skins. the 'old' ripped skin for minor; the smooth parchment for major; and the scroll for superiour. Maybe they updated that as well since SF, but in the prima guide (yes i have it for skillreference so i dont have to peek to small fonts in the game. 1280x1024 itnerface small....) they state the skins as being dependant on their contents. you know you can go to text size and do small, medium, large, or extra large. It will make the font bigger incase u have a high resolution.
Yea, ages ago all runes looked the same except for the symbols. Woulda thought they all got updated though. As for Colours of Rune Writing, you can get purple minors, or at least you could not too long ago.
The Rune is Real, as in real superior vigor I had it in an armor for a long time and didnt get updated, I have it. PM me if u want to see it :D IGN Mr Doodle
