lol ive had a 90 minute(about dont remember exactly but it was like high 80s or low 90s) but i was monking and it was a pain in the ass cuz they had 2 assasins, a mesmer, and a very very very good prot monk that my team couldnt take down lol.. but i was taking all the damage so i jsut had to focus healing on myself until that monk was down lol..

Lol, and I thought 10 minutes was long. I couldn't take 90 minutes, or even 20 minutes because it is such a waste of time.
I don't like assassins either, and I haven't seen one good one in PvP. They just run for the monk, do some damage, and die about 5 seconds later. In my opinion, warrior are much much better.

In that case you could pray both to encounter and not to encounter my Assassin in TA.
If you encounter it your view is likely to change, if you don't it saves your team's monk some lives.
yea assasins are good, twice i have been owned by a asssassin who shadow steped to me did massive dmg, i die, then tehy are gone
i was monking btw, i realized taht monking is the best way to get faction in RA because i can almsot always keep myself n team alive using the AoF boon prot build
I doubt my view will change, I've seen plenty assassins make sad attempts at killing a monk. But you can feel free to try if you really care about it that much =\.
Go watch Wm Zang on observer if you want to see how assassins should be played. If you couldn't tell, he's on War Machine.
See when SKILLED players take the time to LEARN how to play a build correctly, it works nicely. If you're dying all the time without doing anything, then obviously YOU are doing something wrong.

Yap, there you have that whole generalizing concept about certain professions or builds being weak to them because they fail to execute defences, attacks.etc right... Well i allways say; Never blame the char, blame the player...
what are you talkin about assassins kik ass i see em in pvp they go kill sum1 in 5secs flat then are gone its crazy. rits however are pretty crappy from what ive seen
