Ya they seem to have made a lot of greens for the lowbies in Factions. I find it pretty cool that you can get some uber drops for your level that early in the game instead of having to wait until your character is maxxed out.
I found it the first time i went out, tried to get a pc on gameamp and had someone say 10g, not cool whatsoever. I did find someone who wanted it for his necro. sold it for 3K, i believe it will become a collectible just like the ogre slaying knife.
