now that is something really tough to achieve! :) running thru missions and everything, max xp to get is 1000...wow...but whats the point in running here :S
Other than getting to this location at such a low level for selve amusement, there is no real point, same as getting to level 20 in pre... people do it because they can.

This cant be possible..! with enemies being so low lvl in pre, it is imnpossible to reach such a high lvl!!
They DID make it so you could only go up to level 15 in pre way back, but then they removed the cap. Now the only issue is actually managing to lure the Charr to the spawn point so they'll kill you, as they don't follow very easily anymore.
