If memory serves me, there is only one Fast Casting spell in existence;
the Mantra of Recovery...
Oh well, this is not necessarily that bad, but still..
This can be acquired from the collector Trego Stonebreaker at Mineral Springs.

Both are completely useless since Mantra of Recovery is a Stance.. isn't it? hehe..

Very strange.. i wonder what Anet was thinking when they made those..

I guess if you have a build based on fast casting, between the icon and echo, its possible to constantly maintain mantra of recovery which could be nice. But if you REALLY want to shut someone down, use powerblock...Its almost unfair and terrifying for monks who wont be able to heal their precious warriors while they call their health :)

Have you seen the one you can get in the desert for necromancer? It does the same thing for soul reaping skills...only there are no soul reaping skills...

Im wondering if its used for ANY spell that is being used with fast casting? If your a mesmer and have that icon, you would use "fast casting" for any spell, maybe this icon benefits any spell a mesmer uses with fastcasting. Someone should test it `_^

but with factions, supposedly new skills for the normal classes, maybe they will include more skills for fast casting or sould reaping, maybe.

well.. not its usefull because in factions there are more fast casting spells.
