some kid was hiding there and said first person to find him would get a +3 staff head for energy so i typed his name into box clicked on it and found him under there
fortunatly all i had to do was stand on the bridge above him and open the trade with him (i didn't have to find him the hard way)
the way i got there was during wintersday, someone was standing there and said "first one to trade with me gets all of my wintersday items". so i went to the dock and clicked trade and he gave me the items. then someone else went down there and said "whoever can get to me first gets 1K" so i took 10 minutes to figure out how to get there. i eventually did of course.
yea i also got in at wintersday that was rly fun some one that had died cuz in town and never got resed showed me how after he came back to the district.
