Gameamp Guides Recruitment
Gameamp Guides are at the time that we are seeking active members among the Guild Wars community as well as the GameAmp community. Of course to apply, you must have an account here at GameAmp, and preferably, be an active member of this community. For example, being helpful to the members and posting helpful content. If you wish to join Gameamp Guides, then please leave an IGN as to where we can contact you, and if we like you (having a presence on the forum is a plus), we'll contact you ingame.
Gameamp Guides is an international guild, which means two things:
A)We are open to people from all Realms, just as long as you speak English.
B)You might not get an immediate invite if it’s the middle of the night for our Recruitment Officer.
"We are open to "newbies" and "veterans" alike. Part of our intentions is to extend Gameamp's helpfulness to the game itself."
Though please remember, by joining Gameamp Guides, you representing the GameAmp Network. "As Gameamp is known as a non-flaming, non newbie abusing alternative to most official game forums/communities and we're very proud of that, we'll expect, nay, require you to abide by the same guidelines on the subject of common decency and mutual respect while in game."
Gameamp Guides is primarily a PvE guild, but we like to dabble in the PvP side of things when we are able to, so of course, PvPers are more than welcome in AMP.
“As part of an alliance we have reached certain agreements with our fellow guilds, one of which is that any member who is kicked from a member guild will not be allowed in to the other guilds, please bear that in mind when applying. At present our alliance consists of True Cinema [TC], Togo Dies [ToD] and ourselves. We will be looking to expand in the future.
Members are also expected to take an active role in our private forums, get to know each other, share ideas and build on our strengths.
If you’re presently in a guild please mention that in your post so that we know we need to whisper you or send you a PM onsite.
Try and tell us a bit about yourself and what you think you can bring to the guild and just as importantly what you expect from a guild.
We have something called an AMP Agreement which outlines expected behavior and what our guild is all about you can read a copy here.”
New Members MUST follow the following rules:
• New members MUST PM me onsite to get access to the private forums within 48hrs of joining
• New members MUST sign the AMP Agreement within 7 days of joining
Failure to do either will mean membership is revoked.

We are a very big Guild, with each and every member being Ambassadors to GuildWars@GameAmp site and the entire GameAmp network. If you make an effort to show us you have what it takes to join Gameamp Guides, then we will show an effort to get you into the Guild you want to be in.

hiya ive been around here for quite a long time and i was wondering if i could join, ign is Aingeru Zuri. I'm currently living in Ireland (so ill be on around the "usual" GMT times), i have all 3 chapters and enjoy both PvE, GvGs and HA.

O.K., I posted on the OTHER recruitment thread, but I got nothing ='(. More than anything, I want to get this guild PvP ready. I have Gladtiator and a fair amount of other PvP experience. And of course, I'm more than willing to help any PvE person.
BTW, wasn't Evil Geek's "Amp Agreement" almost exactly like this ting you've made?

Hi there!
I'd like to join, cause right now my guild just consists of me, my gf and a friend...so no real guild actually. But I guess you'd have to PM me then, if I should be accepted/selected/chosen.
I have 2 accounts, with 17 characters so far (each class is represented). Both accounts have access to all 3 campaigns.
My main focus was on PvE so far, but I have some experience with RA, TA and so, never been to HoH though, due to a lack of a "real" guild. I have characters who finished Prophecies and chars that finished Factions, so I kinda know the missions and would be glad, to help people finishing them.
I'm in Germany, so I'm playing on European servers. When I have free time, I play a lot, at night too. My english isn't perfect, but it's good enough to play and chat :)
What I expect from the guild? Well, I just want to have a guild with people helping each other, doing quests, missions, general help and so...or doing PvP, whatever somebody wants. I want to go to Underworld, FoW and so sometime too...never really did so before cause I wasn't in a guild then.
As mentioned before, my girlfriend plays too, so I hope you guys aren't afraid of playing with girls ;)
If there are any more questions, just let me know :)

Hey.
I'm sure you know me by now. Been with the community for a while now - ex-staffer both here and at WoW side.
I have returned to playing Guild Wars daily after an extended (and sudden - for which I apologize) period of time away, both for RL issues, and other games. And I remember how much fun I had in [AMP] and wondered if you'd have me back again.
I'm much more into PvP than PvE lately, and have been on a skill capping/unlocking frenzy :) so I can help out with just about any class/build in PvP.
I have access to all 3 campaigns and have 4 main PvE characters - Warrior, Monk, Elementalist, and Paragon; who can help out with missions, quests, capping, farming, or whatever else floats your boat :P
I would describe myself as a friendly guy, sarcasm is the name of the game so don't take me seriously all the time (I like the ":P" emote :P). I can also be serious when the time arrives.
I'm a team player, both in the social sense, and gaming sense, I enjoying helping others.
I would also say I'm a very open-minded person, always ready to try new things.
Anyhoo I'm gonna stop now before this sounds like a job application.
ooo EDITftw: What do I expect from the guild? The same as before, a nice relaxing place where I can chat and play with mature (-ish :P) and friendly people who enjoy the game they're playing (and any others for that matter).

Hey,
So I've been a member of the site for a while now, and I love the community. I wanted to become a member of the guild about a month after I joined the site but i never really got around to it.
Anyway, now that the new recruitment thread is up, I'm finally applying to join the guild. I love all types of PvP, and I love to try out new builds or help other people with new builds, but i also love to help out in PvE. I have all 3 campaigns and I plan on getting any more that come out. XD. The real reason I want to join the guild though, is (as I metioned before) the great community, and basically to just have fun.
Well, I'll be hoping for an invite,lol...

hey all, ive been trying to get in this guild for ages now and would love to be in a large active friendly guild, i mainly do pve/title gaining atm, ive been in small unhelpful guilds now since ive played guildwars(16 months) and really do feel like im missing out on the community part of the game, i am currently in a guild (2 members :P) but im only in it cause its my mates.
i guess loads of peeps are gonna post here tryin to get in
and i hope you consider me ^^

i have:
Ranger with 'kind of a big deal' title 2 million + xp
Warrior with fissure armour 1.5 million xp
Monk that i dont use to much 1 million xp
Ele that i mainly use for fow/uw 500k ish xp
dervish with 100% elona explored 10 days after release ^^
necro again mainly fow/uw
and my newest char, a paragon currently going for legendary survivor (370k atm) 28 hours old.
im very active! i think ive been on almost every night since ive had the game lol even if just for an hour or so ^^ im also active on the amp site, recently posted my 1st build .

Hi, I am looking in to join your AMP guild.
Im 16 years old living in the U.S. I have been playing GW for about 8 months now so I'm pretty much in the hang of things.
I have 6 lvl 20 characters; and all 3 chapters
Murphy Trooper (W/Mo), Murhpy Swift (R/Me), Murphy Warlock (N/Mo), Murhpy Splinter (A/R), Murphy Rogue (Me/N), Murphy Reaper (Dervish lvl 7), and Murphy Abbot (Mo/W).
All of them are pretty equal in activity except the monk.
I play guild wars for the love of the game and I can be very helpful and always friendly. I like PvE alot and also Alliance Battles, but am very willing to try out GvG or any other pvp.
I have been intrigued by your website and wanted to take part in all of the fun that you guys are having in a nice, friendly, and fun guild.
I am currently in a guild, but I think amp will make may GW experience so much better.

I would be interested in join the Amp guild. I have been playing the game for around 19 months and have experiance with many areas of PvE and some minor experiance in PvP. I have beaten the campaigns several times each and have many characters that are capable of helping out those in need. I am not currently in a guild so if you do invite me no notice is needed. Thank you in advance for the chance of joining, from what I hear around here, such a great guild.

Hey, Im currently enrolled in a guild that just isnt appealing to me anymore, i think its time for me to move on, so why not go to AMP?
I was already asked by evil geek himslef awhile ago to join but i was to involved my guild to go. I am almost 18 (2-17) and have been playing GW for 17 months.
Rank= R2 125 fame(would like to work on that)
GvG Xp= Well my current guild doesnt pvp, so its tough but im very interested in gvg, ive done it in the past and look forward to do it again.

Hello, I was a memeber of the game amp guild and left of my own accord due to at the time upcoming lack of ingame activity on my part involing rl issues. So I thought it best to leave opening up my space in the guild. However, I've been back on guild wars for a few months now and real miss the friendly game amp atmosphere. I am 22 years old. I have been playing Guild Wars since the end of May. I made a warrior IGN: Seaborne Copernicus. I only have Proph right now, and am getting a little sick of it, so I will now buy expansions. I beat PvE quite a bit ago and got Protector title. As I posted a few days ago, I think I may go for cartographer title. I also PvP a lot, mostly RA/TA/HA’s since I am now guildless I no longer GvG, but I have. I can play really any warrior build and will respond to you on vent/TS. As you guys can see via my posts, I am always thinking of new builds to play.
That said, I am a very active gameamp member, and have been for quite sometime, even before I knew there was an amp guild. Also, if you read my posts you will now that I have been actively looking for a guild for quite sometime. Tully said I should check the site because you guys were recruiting again, and here I am.
What I expect from a guild is a group of dedicated individuals who can be serious when need be, but for the most part are willing to have fun and cooperate with guild members. I understand that you guys don’t PvP that much, well I would like that to change. I’m not saying competitive GvG, but if you don’t PvP you are missing out on like 65% of the game!!!
What I bring to the table, is a reliable warrior who isn’t a wammo and thinks he’s god, pulling like crazy and thus damning the group. I also, am always thinking of new builds as you can tell if you look at my post history. Plus, I have a TON of ideas for guild funs nights (if you do that sorta thing.) Really well thought out ideas that will not only be fun, but also help to make people better by testing their skills and encouraging them to make new builds.
Also, I am from the future and can see that you will for sure recruit me, so Thank you in advance.

I'm pretty active in GW and especially on the forums even if i don't post anything. This is the only GW website that I actually talk with the community. This is my #1 website and im not saying that to get in either i love this website. I've always wanted to be in AMP and have been looking for good guilds for quite some time but haven't found any really good guilds. Good meaning activity, maturity and being social. I especially hate when i get in a guild and there are tons of people on and they don't even talk and even worse when there is a 8 guild alliance and they don't do anything either.
So I hope that you will file me into your ranks.

Hello, I'm a Kiwi that plays in the U.S districts, I have been playing this game for over a year, and have been a regular of this forum for over a year as well. Gameamp strikes me as friendly, co-operative and helpful, somethings that make a truly good guild. I do both PvE and PvP, although I am only R1 I will gladly do most things as I enjoy working/helping with guild members.
I can help in all three chapters, my main character is Txen Viong, my level 20 ele, my other characters inculde a ranger, monk, necromancer, paragon, dervish.

just like evry1 posted before me id like to join the guild.
though ive recently joined the site i have been checking it quit allot and found out that you are all really cool and helpfull.
im dutch so im on the european servers. i have been playing for +/- 18 months so i know quit allot of the game.
i have all 3 chapters and am currently guildless. id like to help out where i can in PvP and Pve or where ever you guys should need me.
